Kristen discusses joining ATD, being a board member, how being a member of ATD has impacted her career, and how being part of the ATD NNJ chapter allows her to connect with other professionals, learn from them, and tap into their expertise.
Kristen also speaks about some of the benefits of being part of ATD in that it allows her to connect with folks that love learning and are passionate about the things she's passionate about. It allows her to keep her learning edge, stay modern and up to date, as well as “pay it forward” in support of other members.
